Bullying is a hard thing to deal with. It can be a major player in how you are feeling from day to day. Always remember, you are worthy and important! Don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t go to for advice. Speaking of advice, here you can find advice and articles written by Students and others who understand and have been through it too. You are not alone. Lots of people get bullied. Let’s figure out how to deal with your situation. Kids that get bullied often do great in life using the techniques they learned to deal with bullying in their day to day lives. All situations are unique, so make sure you watch all the videos all the way through, to see what might work for your situation. It’s best to write your ideas down first, and to discuss them with someone you can trust, a parent, councilor, or friend. It’s ok to get help. Everyone needs help at one time or another in their lives.
